We embraced the bay windows on the original house while adding an offset porch with a matching shape. This extensive project has great views over the beach and adds some old school charm to the streetscape.

Our latest renovation project is approved on Ocean View Drive. We mostly re-utilized the existing footprint to make it a more flowing an appealing space to be in. A double height void in the living areas to the rear adds a sense of drama and luxury. An update deck and patio area has been added to connect to the new pool. Keep an eye out for another one of our signs on Ocean View. 🙂⁠
