About the project
This home enjoys one of the most stunning situations right on the beach at Norah Head, with views of the lighthouse and passing whales. The original 80s brick home was quite large but badly laid out, and failed to take advantage of the view and outdoor living possibilities. The footprint of the home hasn’t changed but the interior has been arranged to make for relaxed, airy beachside living, and most importantly to capture that view. Two large, linked living areas feature sliding glass doors that open the house almost entirely to the large beachside entertaining deck, and the view, and to the private garden to the front of the block. Upstairs is a generously sized landing, large master suite and second bedroom and bathroom. Both bedrooms open to a balcony and take in breathtaking views and coastal breezes. Downstairs there is a third bedroom, study, kitchen and toilet. This home is set apart from others not by its size but by the lifestyle it offers.
