This block, directly opposite popular Ettalong beach, was under-utilised with a small weatherboard cottage taking up the front third and a large yard to the rear. The owners wanted to capitalise on the value of the block, and also on the stunning location, with a multi-occupancy new build that gave them a luxurious townhouse-style apartment at the front and two further apartments to the rear. The front structure includes two two-storey apartments.
